- Outer cone with angle (A):6°40'
- The outer friction faces or sectors (x15) are different: x3 small and x2 large
- Synchro with a lug on the face opposite the main lugs of the synchro (See diagram)

We recommend carefully disassembling and identifying the synchros (9° or 6°40' angle, friction sector, etc.) in each gearbox, as we have observed some mix-ups.
The gearbox numbers on the identification plate are not the most reliable indicators for identification.
