It is essential to check the ring end gap of each piston ring before installing them on the pistons, according to the values ​​given by the manufacturer or in the supplied instructions.

During installation, the ring end gap must be evenly distributed around the piston circumference at 120°.

Differential output shaft seals Ø 36x54x11mm are interchangeable, whether they have a metal cage or not, and with or without felt; this does not require any modification to the differential nuts.

• Important: The release bearing clamping screw must be placed on the side opposite the fork
• It is possible to keep the release bearing and replace only the graphite ring if worn.

• It is recommended to soak the release bearing in warm engine oil and then wipe it dry before installation to avoid squeaking noises
