To identify a caliper with a square or round joint, refer to the symbol indicated on the caliper casting.
A square symbol indicates a square joint, while a circle symbol indicates a round joint.
It is essential to preserve and replace the joint that originally came with the caliper.
We recommend checking the symbol displayed on each caliper, as a vehicle may have calipers from different origins, some with square joints and others with round joints.
It is not recommended to mix calipers on the same axle, as this can lead to the risk of them slipping during braking.
