- The installation of the rear tie rods reduces the movement of the rear axle, providing the vehicle with improved road holding on the rear axle.
- The tie rods can be installed on a 4CV with the battery in the front trunk or the battery in the rear (after 1954). For the rear position, some modifications will be necessary.
