This brake limiter replaces the original non-adjustable rear brake proportioning valve.
The limiter is not load-dependent (it does not vary according to the vehicle's load).
Its adjustment is manual, using the calibration screw. Adjustment can be made either statically, using brake pressure gauges and referring to the manufacturer's data, or dynamically (see description below).
Limiter specifications:
- Inlet thread (x1): 3/8-24UNF (Male cone)
- Outlet thread (x2): 3/8-24UNF (Male Taper)
- Mounting Screw Hole Diameter: Ø 8.5mm
- Limiter Adjustment Range: 5 turns
- Limiter delivered unadjusted (screw loosened): Rear brake pressure limited to maximum

These mounts improve the reliability and stability of the gearbox, whether for daily driving or competitive use.
These mounts are direct replacements for the original ones; no modifications are required.
Installation advice:
- When installing the side mounts, ensure the two metal plates of the mount are perfectly parallel to each other to prevent premature wear or tearing of the mount.
- Depending on the gearbox and mounting bracket models, spacing with one or two thick washers (+/- 2 mm per washer) may be necessary between the mount and the gearbox at the mounting studs. On other models, no spacing is required; installation can be performed without applying stress to the assembly.
