We deliver in metropolitan France, the DOM TOM as well as abroad.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery times and methods depend on the mode of transport selected and the country of destination.

The delivery time in metropolitan France is generally between 1 and 5 working days .

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Colissimo Collection Point - Standard - 48h

With Colissimo Point Withdrawal you have several withdrawal methods to choose from to collect your parcel:

  • In one of the 10,000 post offices available throughout metropolitan France.
  • In one of the 7,500 local merchants in the Pickup network, near your home, your place of work or your vacation, where you want to have it delivered.
  • In Pickup Station locker. You can choose one of the 500 automatic pick-up lockers to have your package delivered. Located on your route (station, metro, car park, shopping centres, etc.), they are accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (except for lockers subject to the opening hours of shopping malls and transport zones).

When your parcels are entrusted to Colissimo, the status of your order appears under the status "Shipped" , and you receive an e-mail from us.

Once the package has been prepared by La Poste, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail . It is therefore important to provide a valid telephone number when placing your order.

At home Predict - By appointment - 48h

This delivery method allows you to choose a time slot for delivery via SMS. It is therefore important when choosing the carrier to enter a valid telephone number.

Once your package has been delivered to the carrier, you will be notified by e-mail and the status of your order will appear to you as "Shipped" .

Colissimo Domicile - Against signature - 48h

With Colissimo Domicile against signature, the package is delivered to your home by post within an indicative time of 48 hours once it is in the Post office network.

You are notified at the time of shipment of the latter by e-mail and the status of your order appears under the status "Shipped" .

Shipping abroad

For deliveries abroad, customs fees, taxes of all kinds may be requested, which do not appear in the total price.
